Tignite Plus　- Cutting edge like mirror process -

Plus Type is our original product processed by grinding. A sharp cutting edge like mirror processed decreases cutting force. It is effective for smooth and fine cutting plane and preventing tearing off and peeling of printed papers.

S Type is our standard shaved cutting blade for global markets. We have center bevel and center double bevel blades with angle 42°and 52°for high speed press and durability. SP Type is also a shaved blade improving its cutting performance by adding special process to S Type blade.

Tignite WS/WSP

We recognize that the WS type is double bevel and the profile of first bevel is chosen so as to suit pressing force, the durability is significantly
improved to provide an optimal wear status for the edge without degrading the sharpness.

WSP also has same ability with WS but for this edge, making it possible to prevent dust particulates from being produced from the paper board.

The M type has an edge profile of 0.02R. Since the hardness is chosen so as to suit the pressing force, the durability is significantly improved to make the M type rules best suited to cut paper board in large batches.

CW type, center double bevel, is especially designed for the Asian markets.

This type features 42 degree bevel angle with acute angle second bevel which reduces cut resistance, maintaining the same cutting force as that of center bevel blades.

It is used for cutting hard materials such as paperboards and partitions.
