We‘re NIHON SHINKAN (THAILAND) CO., LTD. Our company is a manufacturer of aluminum tube & bar by cold drawing process. Our company has been established in February, 2012, located in Rojana Industrial Estate, Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya as the first branch abroad. We’re first leadership Japanese company of aluminum drawing in Thailand. 

What is Drawing Process … Stretching to decrease the cross-sectional area of the material become smaller by using mold/die at room temperature, and products accuracy can be produced.  We’re also having expertise in manufacturing of stretching aluminum tubes and bar with high precision. 

Moreover, we have provided an integrated manufacturing system from Cold Drawing Process→Heat Treatment Process→Chamfer & Counter boring Process→Grinding Process→Amssembly→Inspection Process

Our products have been applied for OPC Drum and Developing Roll in the copier, and also used in automotive & Motorcycle industrial as raw material for machining process with high precision.
