Statutory Auditing

In addition to Japanese translations of audited financial statements, we also provide services of making management letter to report about accounting, taxation and legal problems identified during audit activities, and to organize meetings for report to shareholders. We also actively perform interim auditing services in which we evaluate the internal controls of our clients and identify any potential problem before account closings.

Due Diligence

We also perform investigations to determine the actual profitability rather than official financial reports with the assistance of the object companies. Besides accounting aspect, we also perform investigations in respect to taxation and law.

Consulting services on internal control

We perform internal control audits as legal requirements of public parent companies in Japan, or as an option of our clients.
