There are various approaches to measuring instruments according to objectives and purpose. We, ISSOKU, always return to the basis of measurement and only begin development after considering how we can measure with higher precision according to each case. As a result, we have accumulated experience and ideas in many fields of measurement and have created various innovations that have resulted in higher accuracy. Consistently pursuing high precision measurement produced the absolute measuring device “Measuring Machine for Small Internal Diameter” through a noncontact optical system and it led to the development of the monitor image measurement system by adopting the CCD camera system and EX(EXPERT) system which realized positioning simplification with computer processing in the development series. In the angle measurement field shoes standardization will be promoted in the future, we developed the “super precision indexing device(SPID)” whose indexing precision of 0.2 seconds we can be proud and as a prototype of an angle-measuring device is highly evaluated by related industries. Furthermore, the measuring instruments of ISSOKU including jigs that very precisely measure automobile parts and automatic measuring instruments that accurately measure and sort mass production parts contribute to every industry. The original ideas of ISSOKU and the continuous pursuit of quality are present in all our measurement instruments.

IDM is traceable to the standard of length

IDM is the best Standard Measuring Machine of Internal Diameter of φ0.1mm to φ100mm. Measuring Machine for Small Internal Diameter IDM(Optical)　 IDM is not instrument which measure surface by microscope. IDM is an instrument which measures the distance between one wall to the other wall of a workpiece by the optical principles. IDM can measure the diameter of thru-holes fromφ0.1mm to φ100mm without master gage, and easily in the following procedure. The prominent feature is that measurement is took between bore walls at any height desired. IDM optically detects a wall on one side of the work at the first, and the display counter is set to zero in this position. Next, the opposite wall is optically detected. this distance is not other than moving quantity of the work which is read on the digital scale. IDM can be applied to many other measurements such as slit widths, outside diameters, wall perpendicularity and bore pitches, not only bore. There is no mechanical measuring force to the work during measurement, so that IDM can be used for soft material and thin wall works.

Precision Indexing Devices

High level precision angle indexing devices

This indexing device indexes by means of 720 top and bottom, fully coupled serrations. After each individual serration is precisely ground, they are lapped until they make full contact. Therefore, accurate indexing is possible because each individual top and bottom serration coupled accurately and uniformly. Moreover, deterioration of precision indexing is difficult, and precision is maintained for a long time. Furthermore, SPID-720 is manual, and SPID-720A is motor-operated.

Precision Rotary Table

High run out precision.

Super Precision Rotary Table SPRT series is a continuous rotary table developed mainly for grinding(but cannot index). By combined use of the tool grinding machine and the grinding center, it is possible to finish the cylinder, end face, and hole etc. with high precision. Moreover, it can be used as an inspection tool for testing run out.
