Solvent Recycle Machine

By collecting and recycling solvent that was conventionally disposed by incineration,
We could reduce CO2 emissions, as well as the disposal cost of solvent, purchase of new liquid and special industrial waste.

Solvent Rycycle Machine & CO2 reduction

At various manufacturing plants, Cleaning agent (waste solvent) discharged from production process contains various substances, so it is incinerated as waste.

However, it contains recoverable solvent components.

Therefore, Solvent Recycle Machine (Solvent Recovery Machine) is used to collect and reuse the solvent.

Reducing CO2 emissions by recovering solvent!

<Reference>
●IIn the case of IPA, 85% recovery rate (=CO2 reduction rate)
●The amount of CO2 reduction can be calculated from the amount of solvent recovered and the CO2 coefficient

Free Sample Test in progress
for solvent recycle!

We collect waste liquids sample from customers and carry out distillation tests.

Calculate the cost advantage from the operating conditions and recovery rate.

The recovered solvent will be returned to you for evaluation and verification through reuse and analysis.

*There might be a charge depending on the test object and test volume.

As a trading company specializing in chemicals, we propose equipment, materials,
and other comprehensive measures to reduce environmental impact.

We will also simulate the expected amount of CO2 reduction
and the amount of cost reduction (quantification support).
