We design, manufacture, and assemble high-precision stamping dies through the expertise of our highly skilled engineers and technicians. By managing the entire process in-house, from order receipt to prototype production, we achieve a short lead time of approximately one month.
Die Design
Using three 3D die design software systems, nine CAD workstations, and one CAM system, we perform every stage of the process in-house—from die design and prototype development to mass production.
