From design/manufacture of Mold&die,Vacuum heat treatment to Barrel finishing

Metal processing centered on precision press processing

Our company is involved in metal processing with a focus on precision press working, and we handle press dies and press working through our own integrated process. We provide total solutions through integrated production by carrying out secondary processing such as lathe cutting, cutting, grinding, vacuum hardening, tapping, and barrel cutting on our own pressed products.

Currently, we are promoting the development and proposal of thin (0.1mm to 0.5mm) parts using precision molds, and mainly producing automobile-related parts.

Lead time reduction

We have a system in place that allows for the smooth and efficient production of a wide variety of high-precision products.

Cost reduction

By handling everything from press operations to die design and secondary processing in a fully integrated system, we achieve cost reduction.

Thorough Product Management

Not only do we meet strict precision standards, but we also conduct environmental testing to ensure compatibility with next-generation products.
