Our Warehouse

We currently operate two warehouse buildings (total floor space of approximately 19,000 m2) and rent out partitions of approximately 3,000 m2 each. Depending on availability and customer usage trends, we can rent out parts of the warehouse or provide small-lot loading and storage services operated by our company.

The interior structure has few pillars that would hinder loading and unloading. The effective height of the interior is 8 meters, so it is possible to install multiple storage shelves. Skylights (inspected before the rainy season) are installed on the ceiling, making it possible to reduce lighting costs during the day.

Our warehouse building equip platform structure and 10m length canopy. Ground loading and unloading is also safe even in rainy weather. In addition, dock levelers are installed on each partition for container vanning and de-vanning scene.
