Air Drying Products |
Air drying method uses our proprietary technology. Since hot air is used to dry the material by making it float and flow, there is almost no uneven drying, adhesion, or loss of shape, resulting in products that are free from deterioration and distortion. We also manufacture original products in various forms, mainly Naruto and Kamaboko, which are well-known dried foods in Japan. Kamaboko for Japanese celebratory occasions and kamaboko with cute flower patterns are also available. |
Freeze Drying Products |
In freeze-drying process, food is frozen and then vacuum-dried in a machine called a vacuum freeze-dryer. Since the food is not subjected to high temperatures, the color, aroma, and flavor of the food are easily restored, while its nutritional value is also preserved. Seafoods such as shrimp and squid, Tenpura, and roasted pork are processed by the freeze-drying method. |
Microwave Drying Products |
The principle of microwave drying is the same as the microwave oven used at home. The material is irradiated with microwaves to simultaneously expand and dry. Eggs, an essential ingredient in instant foods such as noodles and furikake, (sprinkles on rice) are processed by microwave drying. |
Character Products |
As dried ingredients for instant noodles and as toppings for home cooking and lunch boxes, Eiyoh manufactures character products using dried Kamaboko. We receive many inquiries from all over the world about our character products. This is one and only our technology. We will continue to refine our technology and manufacture products for our customers' requirements. |
Soy Protein Products |
We have entered into a business alliance with Showa Sangyo, the No. 1 grain handler in Japan, to develop fish meat-like paste products using soy protein. In these days of depletion of marine resources and health consciousness, we are developing environmental friendly such as squid, shrimp imitation products from soy protein. |
