In order to prevent the depletion of limited marine resources, we ensure that only properly managed fish species are used as ingredients.

We are also engaged in the development of alternative fish products using soybeans that do not rely solely on fish resources. In line with Eiyoh's corporate philosophy of "becoming a specialist in dried food products", we are committed to providing a stable supply of safe and reliable products to customers in Japan and other countries and regions around the world, and to becoming a more trusted company.

Eiyoh is focusing on the following three SDGs in order to realize a sustainable society.

To prevent the depletion of limited marine resources, we ensure that only properly managed fish species are used as ingredients. We are also working to develop products that do not rely solely on fish resources, such as developing alternative products using soy protein.

Employees can be involved in work that makes use of Eiyoh's unique technology and know-how, and employees can grow through work with famous food giant companies in Japan. Another unique point is the close relationship between supervisors and employees, and the open atmosphere within the company.

Achieving Gender Equality

In order for all employees to be able to work in their best way, we determine where they will be assigned based on their individual abilities, regardless of gender. The ratio of male to female employees is 50/50, and 30% of the managers are women. We have adopted a one-shift system to create an environment in which both men and women can perform well.
