What is MATRIX…?

When attaching labels and stickers made using conventional PSA-film sheets to adherends, air often gets trapped inside causing problems such as degraded visual appearance and loss of operational efficiency due to poor application.
In addition, there was no perfect solution to the problem of ”gaslifting of labels” which occurs due to bubbles from gas generated by heat or the passage of time after the formation of the composite resin.

Our next-generation PSA-film MATRIX solved all these problems in a single stroke.

MATRIX features

MATRIX forms numerous small convex points on the surface of the PSA  through special PSA processing(MATRIX processing), and air and gas can escape through the micro-channels that run vertically and horizontally between them.

In order to ensure compatibility with variety of adherends, we use PSAs  with excellent adhesion properties and that maintain an adhesive strength equivalent or superior to that of conventional products. In addition, the MATRIX PSA process can also be applied to customer-supplied films.
