First company of ATC group was established in 1998 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, namely Airtac Enterprise Sdn Bhd, carrying AIRTAC brand to develop its pneumatic equipment market in Malaysia then expand into Thai market in 2000.

After years of carrying AIRTAC brand pneumatic equipment within the region, ATC was then established on March 01, 2002 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and August 01, 2003 in Samutprakarn, Thailand, to fulfill market requirement on other industrial equipment.
