  1944 Taiho Kogyo starts operation in Midorigaoka, Toyota, Aichi Prefecture, where the present headquarters are located.
  1947 Taiho Kogyo starts production of automobile bushings for Toyota Motor Corporation.
  1958 Taiho Kogyo starts production of aluminum die-casting products.
  1961 Taiho Kogyo starts production of engine bearings.
  1969 Hosoya Plant established in Hosoya-cho, Toyota, Aichi Prefecture.
  1973 Taiho Livernois Automation Co., Ltd. established (Company name changed to Taiho Seiki Co., Ltd. in 1978).
  1981 Taiho Corporation of America (TCA) established in U.S.A. and starts sales activity.
  1985 Sasahara Plant established in Sasahara-cho, Toyota, Aichi Prefecture.
  1991 Kyushu Plant established in Izumi, Kagoshima Prefecture.

    TF Global Gasket, LLC (TFGG) established in U.S.A. as a joint venture between TCA and Federal-Mogul Corporation of the U.S.
    Taiho Kogyo acquires 100% ownership of Yantai Chunsang Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of sliding bearings.
    Main Plant awarded ISO14001 certification.
    Taiho Kogyo Corporation of Yantai (TCY) established in China.
  2003 TCY acquires Yantai Chunsang Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd. through a merger.
    Taiho (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. (TCT) established in Thailand.
  2004 Corporation Taiho Parts Center (TPC) established in Toki, Gifu Prefecture.
