Receiving Inspection

We check the condition of the packaging and whether there are any scratches or dents.
We issue a "work instructions" with detailed work instructions based on the order form.

In-process receiving inspection

We check the quantity, material, etc. based on the "work instructions"
We also check again for scratches and dents.

Preparation

We have a total of 200 types of jigs, including racking, barrels, baskets, boxes, and stands. This allows us to respond quickly to urgent prototypes, etc.
Areas that do not need plating are masked using tape, bolts, rubber, tubes, etc.

Pre treatment

This is a surface treatment process to improve plating quality.
For each material, there are processes such as degreasing, hydrochloric acid, electrolytic cleaning, oxidation treatment, 5% sulfuric acid, 10% sulfuric acid, mixed acid, etching, hydrofluoric nitric acid, zincate, etc., and the optimal conditions are selected from hundreds of treatment processes that combine the number of dipping and dipping times.

Plating treatment

In this process, the parts are dipping in a plating solution and plated.
High quality is maintained by using devices such as a shaking device and an electrical initial reaction Heat treatmentt device to prevent uneven plating and the adhesion of foreign matter.
The plating thickness is controlled by a film thickness management system developed in-house.

Post treatment

This is the process of cleaning the plating solution after plating is completed.
The cleaning water that causes stains is completely blown off with an air gun, and in the final process, the parts are washed with RO and DI water.

Heat treatment

We have eight gas furnaces and three electric furnaces, and perform heat treatment at temperatures of 285°C or higher to improve hardness and adhesion.

Final inspection

Film Thickness

The plating thickness is inspected using X-ray fluorescence and a micrometer.

Hardness

We have confirmed the guaranteed hardness based on each plating film and heat treatment temperature.

Surface roughness

A surface roughness tester is used to check the change in surface roughness before and after plating.

Appearance

Visually inspect for scratches, dents, stains, etc.

Packaging Shipping

Products that pass a strict final inspection are packed and shipped in the same packaging as when they arrived.
