Plating solutions are made up of a wide variety of ingredients, including metal salts, reducing agents, various organic acids, and trace additives, so the possible composition combinations have a variety of chemical formulations. In order to develop new products from these combinations that meet the needs of our customers and society, we conduct constant testing and accumulate a wealth of data and know-how. Based on these daily efforts, we are constantly producing new products that comply with WEEE/RoHS regulations and those that use new materials. The designed plating solution composition is sent to each manufacturing plant, where the plating solution is produced in accordance with strict quality standards. All composition tables and production process charts of developed products are stored in accordance with ISO9001 standards.

To improve product quality, it is essential to strengthen our ability to procure high-quality raw materials.
Therefore, we are focusing on providing guidance to domestic and overseas raw material suppliers and on closely exchanging information with them.

To strictly maintain product performance, the mixing of plating solutions requires careful management to ensure that the concentration of each component conforms to the standard values in the composition table.
Therefore, based on ISO 9001 management methods, our company has a two-person team - a worker and a manager - to prevent mixing errors.
In addition, the state of the plating solution during the mixing process is recorded and stored, so that in the unlikely event of a malfunction, it can be quickly traced.

After the plating solution has been mixed, its composition is analyzed in the factory's analysis room.
Not only are basic items such as pH and metal salt concentration checked, but also the concentration of organic acids and trace additives, and only products that pass are shipped.
Product samples, like manufacturing records, are stored for a certain period of time so that they can be reanalyzed in the unlikely event of a malfunction.

After the analysis, plating solutions that pass the test are filled into various containers. We use automatic filling equipment to ensure fast and accurate filling.

After filling, the plating solution is stored in a warehouse and delivered to customers according to orders.
All products are managed by computer, so we always have the appropriate amount of stock and can deliver according to customer deadlines.

Regarding shipping, we deliver in a variety of packaging formats, from 20L containers to 1000L containers, to suit customer needs.
