Applicable to the thinnest wall-thickness of parent material of all after-molding inserts because of the expansion system.

Ultrasert (UDⅡ)

Because of the taper-shape of not only the insert, but also inner diameter of parent material, the wide range giving heat produces excellent heat conductivity. And in cace of setting to the hole of parent material, installing is easy and reliable.

Molding Insert

What is the molding insert? In conjunction with resin molding, we set it into the mold. Because this type of insert depends on customer's mold shape, it is not standardized. However, we keep having various shapes and various sizes.

●Features :
Cross-knurling is on the outer side, and torque and tension are equally balanced.

●Shape :
・With the addition of shape of “channel ,” tension force can be reinforced.
