Solvent Distillation Recycle Machine

Distilled flow​

1. Inject the waste solvent into the distillation machine manually (batch type) or pump (continuous type).
2. Heat the distiller with electricity or steam. The waste solvent reaches its boiling point and is vaporized and sent to the condenser.
3. The vaporized solvent inside the condenser is liquefied by natural heat radiation or cooling water (chiller).
4. Recycled as recycled solvent.

• Acetone is used in the cleaning process. Discharged 2,800L/month of waste acetone and sold the entire amount.
