Pioneering Experience in Engineering Plastics

Since successfully developing spray can valves in 1963,
the Shinsei Group has grown alongside the advancement of engineering plastics.

Even today, our resin molding technology, production equipment development technology,
and high-precision mold processing technology are utilized in the battery industry,
automotive industry, as well as in the manufacturing of electronic components and medical devices.

※ After the factory expansion, the production area has increased to approximately 2,600 square meters.
We also have available space to accommodate 20 injection molding machines (100T class).

Molding Facility

The factory is designed with an air curtain system to block outside air, minimizing contamination and insect intrusion. Inside, air conditioning and cooling water systems for injection molding are installed based on a fully integrated circulation concept, helping to eliminate potential factors that could cause equipment or production issues.

Mold Maintenance

We have installed mold processing equipment and established an in-house system that enables mold manufacturing, repair, and maintenance within the company. For technically challenging molds, they can be manufactured and transferred from our head office factory.

Product Quality Control

We produce 10 million sealing components for alkaline dry batteries per month, while maintaining quality through control technologies that ensure zero defects.

We utilize Cold Runner, Semi-Hot Runner, and
Hot Runner systems, which effectively reduce cycle
time and resin usage. We can accommodate production
ranging from small quantities to high-volume runs.

experience and expertise of our head office, enabling
production in Thailand at the same high standard and
quality level.
