We own nearly 1,000 automatic CNC lathe machines and more than 200 additional process machines such as Grinding, Drilling, Milling, Barrel Tumbling, Machining center to produce about 50,000 products every hour. And also, we have surface treatment and heat treatment partners.

In addition, our in-house laboratory conducts contour measurement, hardness measurement, roundness measurement, surface roughness measurement, air flow measurement, X-ray composition analysis, etc. for quality standard compliance inspection.

①Material

After receiving and inspecting the products, barcode labels are attached to each lot, and the material, size, and quantity are controlled by scanning the barcode for each incoming and outgoing shipment. This not only prevents the use of wrong materials, but also reduces costs by effective inventory management.

② Turning

We use high-precision lathes made by Japanese manufacturers. In addition, we have one of the largest numbers of equipment in Southeast Asia in the industry. In terms of setup, we have specialized staff who are familiar with the work, which reduces downtime and achieves high utilization rates and low costs. Our strength lies in our ability to handle small lots and short delivery times.

③ Cleaning

The ability to purify the cleaning solution allows for clean cleaning in a short time.

④ Additional Processes

We have a wide variety of grinding machines and are particularly confident in our high-precision grinding. In addition, we are able to handle a wide variety of processing within a single factory at a low cost.
