Disaster prevention equipment works

Leave everything from the design to the construction of
the disaster prevention equipment works for the factory in Thailand to us!

An array of disaster prevention equipment ideally suited for places where required. Helping to create safe living spaces and amenity areas.

The first step in installing fire suppression and disaster prevention tools is to install fire extinguishers that are said to be "the most familiar and accessible disaster prevention equipment". However, it is necessary to install the disaster prevention equipment ideally suited for structural facilities and buildings. For example, the installation of some disaster prevention equipment such as a sprinkler system is required by the Fire Service Law. We would like to present the fire extinguishing equipment and mobile fire extinguishing equipment requiring the piping to be designed as well as a wide variety of items for disaster prevention related devices as follows:

Water-based fire extinguishing equipment

Foam fire extinguishing equipment

Gaseous fire extinguishing equipment

Powder fire extinguishing equipment

Water-based fire extinguishing equipment

The system designed for extinguishing and suppressing a fire with water and is widely used for general buildings etc .

Sprinkler system

Sprinkler systems are the fire extinguishing equipment designed for the initial fire extinguishment with water and capable of automatically performing all the functions from fire detection to the fire extinguishment.

There are 4 types of sprinkler systems: "A wet pipe system with closed type sprinkler heads" for general buildings, "A pre-action type with closed type sprinkler heads" for computer room installations etc., "A dry pipe system with closed type sprinkler heads" for cold regions, and "A system with open type sprinkler heads" for stage installations etc.

Water mist fire extinguishing system

"MICRO FOG"* is a human safe and clean fire extinguishing equipment with a combination of the high cooling capability of a sprinkler system and the suffocation effect of gaseous fire extinguishing equipment.

Water Discharge Type Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing System

The system capable of protecting the open atrium spaces with high ceilings such as hotels, department stores, theaters, domes, halls for events, underground shopping malls and etc. from disasters is the "Water Discharge Type Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing System". It is an intelligent disaster prevention system designed to build a comprehensive fire suppression set up by covering the extensive range of a protected space with the water discharge type heads installed at strategic points on the side walls for high ceiling, as well as by linking fire detection systems.

When the detector detects a fire, the control segment is actuated and thereby the powerful discharge of water extinguishes the fire in a short time.

The technological innovation in the development of waterproof mechanisms has progressed so much year after year achieving such improvements in performance that said progress can be described as the evolution of water discharging.

Foam fire extinguishing equipment

These equipment are installed in hazardous materials handling plants, manufacturing plants, storages and parking spaces etc.

The foam fire extinguishing equipment are designed to deal with fires involving inflammable liquids, and are mainly installed in hazardous materials handling plants, manufacturing plants, storages and parking spaces etc. Fires are extinguished by spraying air forms consisting of the air and an aqueous solution obtained through proportionally mixing water and a fire extinguishing agent, through the foam discharge outlet, and by covering the surface of the combustion area to shut out the air as well as utilizing the cooling effect.

Foam fire extinguishing agent

Hazardous material fires are typically extinguished by using a foam fire extinguishing agent. It is necessary to select and use an appropriate foam fire extinguishing agent according to the hazardous material type (water soluble* or water insoluble) to be dealt with, the form of the fire (petroleum tank fire, spilled oil fire or parking lot fire etc.) to be extinguished, or alternatively the fire extinguishing equipment to be used.

It is essential to use a right agent in the right application taking full advantage of the characteristics of various foam fire extinguishing agents.

*Water soluble hazardous materials refer to flammable liquids easy to be dissolved to and mixed with water, just like alcohol.

Gaseous fire extinguishing equipment

These equipment are often used in computer rooms, communications facilities, and laboratories etc.

Based on the method to extinguish fires through the suffocation effect and chemical changes by injecting an inert gas and/or a halogen compound as a fire extinguishing agent. These equipment are often used in computer rooms, communications facilities, and laboratories etc. since this method leaves hardly any damages, stains or contaminations after extinguishing fire.

Powder fire extinguishing equipment

Ideal fire extinguishing equipment for the fires involving hazardous materials with high rate of diffusion and designated combustibles.

Powder fire extinguishing equipment is capable of instantly extinguishing fires through the synergy effect of: the Suffocation Effect by discharging a large amount of fire extinguishing powder into the source of a fire to cover the surface of the combustion area to shut out the air; the Nitrogen Dilution Effect by having the powder fire extinguishing agent decomposed with heat for generating carbon dioxide to reduce the oxygen concentration in the air, and the Negative Catalytic Effect (Inhibitory Effect ) that interrupts the chain reaction of combustion by chemical action.

特徴

◎ Allows to obtain a powerful fire extinguishing effect by discharging a large amount of fire extinguishing agent in a short time.

◎ Capable of instantly extinguishing fire and ideal fire extinguishing equipment for the fires involving hazardous materials with high rate of diffusion and designated combustibles.

◎ Can be used in cold regions with peace of mind, since air temperature has no effect on the performance of the fire extinguishing agent.

◎ Economical - easy to clean the residue of the fire extinguishing agent and few damages, stains or contaminations after the use.

◎ Can be used also for high voltage electrical equipment such as transformers etc. thanks to the excellent electrical insulating properties.

◎ Straightforward operation of storage container etc. Cleaning the piping etc. is also easy after the use.

Package type fire extinguishing equipment

Many installations even as substitute fire extinguishing equipment for indoor fire hydrant equipment.

The fire extinguishing agent storage container, starter, pressurizing gas container and the hose etc. are neatly and compactly stored in the package (storage box).

Can be effectively used by one person and no time-consuming maintenance as well.

Many installations even as substitute fire extinguishing equipment for indoor fire hydrant equipment.
