This solution automates the inspection process at manufacturing sites using AI image inspection technology based on the Good Product Learning method. Good product learning based on Toshiba's proprietary threshold optimization method enables the system to reduce false
positives while preventing defective products from being missed. It reduces the number of workers in the inspection process and contributes to the realization of a new style of manufacturing site in the with-corona era.
