LINE QC SPECIALIST is "quality control software" for mass production plants of single parts. The software monitors and thoroughly enforces rules for trend control, central control, calibration of measuring instruments, frequency of sampling inspections, etc., to achieve zero defects in the process.

Nano Seimitsu has recommended a 100% inspection prior to shipment as an effective means of preventing NG leakage.
