Valve Gate System and Spear System

■Valve Gate System
The gate is a "topless" structure that is dug directly into the cavity, providing a good cooling effect near the gate and excellent transferability of the pin diameter. In the case of probes with independent heaters for the chip and body, the chip heater is synchronized with the molding cycle, allowing for intermittent heating and facilitating the molding of crystalline resins.

■Spear System
The resin in the sprue and runner is maintained in a molten state that allows it to flow at all times, and a very small amount of resin is solidified together with the resin filled in the cavity by the temperature of the mold, depending on the temperature of the gate land. After removing the molded product, the spear tip is energized and heated just before the next injection starts, instantly melting the solidified resin in the gate land area to enable injection.
