What is NR Sludge Collector ?

If sludge accumulated at the bottom of the coolant tank is left untreated, it not only reduces the effective tank capacity, but can also cause coolant deterioration and unpleasant odors.

In addition, when fine sludge and metal chips mix into the recycled coolant, they may damage the workpiece surface, shorten tool life, clog filters, and cause coolant pump failure.

The NR Sludge Collector is a circulation-type vacuum system that powerfully sucks up settled sludge together with coolant, then returns the cleaned coolant back to the tank.

How to use ?

1. Suctions settled sludge and coolant from the tank

2. Collects sludge through the strainer

3. Returns clean coolant to the tank through the return port
